Our attorneys have formed non-profit corporations and obtained IRS 501(c)3 recognition; represented landowners, municipalities and non profits in bargain and fair market sales and donations of conservation lands, including deduction planning; negotiated, drafted and closed conservation easements (in Connecticut known as "conservation restrictions"); and represented clients in environmental enforcement and easement encroachment actions, and toxic torts cases.
